Physique D’or
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Physique D’or and explains how digital products, services, and physical merchandise are delivered.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products & Online Coaching
1.1 Digital Delivery
All digital products, including pre-made training plans, programs, PDFs, and downloadable content are delivered electronically.
Access to digital content is provided:
Immediately after purchase, or
Via email confirmation, or
Through your Physique D’or account dashboard, or
Through third-party platforms used for coaching or content hosting.
No physical shipment occurs for digital purchases.
1.2 Online Coaching Services
Online coaching services are delivered remotely through:
Third-party coaching platforms
Email or messaging systems
Mobile applications
Video consultation tools
Training dashboards and communication portals
Online coaching is a service, not a product, and does not involve shipping.
1.3 No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the downloadable and accessible nature of digital products and services:
All digital sales are FINAL
No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be issued once access has been granted
Chargebacks for digital delivery are treated as fraudulent activity and may result in account termination
Exceptions apply only where required by law.
2. Physical Merchandise Shipping
2.1 Processing Time
Orders for physical merchandise typically take:
2–5 business days to process before shipment
Processing times may extend during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods
Order confirmation does NOT mean the product has shipped.
2.2 Shipping Methods
We ship using third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent).
Carrier selection and delivery methods are determined by Physique D’or.
2.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

2.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

Order weight and size
Carrier rates
Service level selected
All prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.
2.5 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.
If tracking is not available for a particular shipping method, shipment confirmation will still be provided.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
Import duties
Taxes
Customs fees
Brokerage charges
Physique D’or does not control these fees and is not responsible for customs delays.
4. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Physique D’or is not liable for:
Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
Returns resulting from customer error
Orders delivered to incorrect locations due to incomplete address details
If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
5. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
Failure to collect from carrier
Refused delivery
Incorrect address
Unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer is responsible for:
Reshipping fees
Any additional charges incurred
Return shipping costs
Refunds are not issued for returned items unless explicitly approved.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Physique D’or is not responsible for:
Lost packages once marked as delivered
Theft after delivery
Delivery errors by the carrier
You are encouraged to ship to secure locations and contact the carrier directly regarding claims.
If shipping insurance is purchased, the claim process is handled through the carrier.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Photographic evidence
Order number
Description of damage
Approved claims may result in:
Replacement
Store credit
Partial refund
No compensation will be offered without proof.
8. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:
Weather
Carrier disruptions
Customs
Holidays
Labour disputes
Other events beyond our control
Physique D’or is not responsible for delays once shipment is with the carrier.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed:
Orders cannot be modified
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
Digital orders cannot be reversed once access is granted
10. Refused Shipments
Refused deliveries are treated as abandoned shipments and are not refundable.
11. Liability Limitation
Physique D’or is not liable for:
Missed delivery windows
Carrier misconduct
Customs holds
International shipping delays
Lost or stolen packages
Our responsibility ends once the package is transferred to the carrier.
