Physique D’or – All Rights Reserved

1. Ownership of All Content

Every piece of content created, published, or distributed by Physique D’or, including but NOT limited to:

  • Training plans, coaching programs, exercise instructions

  • Program structures, progressions, routines, and methods

  • Digital downloads, PDFs, spreadsheets, e-books

  • Videos, images, audio files, animations, and graphics

  • Website design, layout, wording, text, articles, and written material

  • Coaching messages, assessments, templates, and communication content

  • Logos, branding, trademarks, visual identity, colour schemes

  • Any intellectual property, proprietary systems, or trade secrets

is the exclusive, legally-protected property of Physique D’or.

We do NOT allow any unauthorized use under any circumstance.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy for Copying, Sharing, or Theft

Physique D’or enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Copying or reproducing any program, workout, or content

  • Selling, trading, or redistributing material privately or publicly

  • Uploading our content to the internet, social media, or messaging platforms

  • Using our programs to coach others

  • Translating, editing, paraphrasing, or rewriting our content for commercial gain

  • Using screenshots, PDFs, or text for your own coaching business

  • Sharing account access, files, or purchased content with ANY other person

If you did not create it, you do not own it.
If you did not pay for it, you do not get to use it.
If you copy it, we will pursue you.

3. Personal Use Licence Only

By purchasing or accessing any Physique D’or content, you receive a revocable, non-transferable, personal-use-only licence.

This means:

  • You may use the material FOR YOURSELF ONLY

  • You may NOT share, distribute, or teach it to others

  • You may NOT incorporate any Physique D’or intellectual property into your own business

  • You may NOT create derivative works, summaries, “modified/edited” versions, or any reformatted copies

Violation of this licence terminates your access immediately and permanently, with NO refund.

4. Automatic Legal Consequences

If you copy, share, reproduce, or misuse Physique D’or content in ANY capacity, you explicitly agree that Physique D’or may:

  • Terminate your access without notice

  • Pursue civil litigation in any applicable jurisdiction

  • Issue DMCA takedown notices against every platform hosting the stolen content

  • File claims for statutory damages

  • Demand disgorgement of profits

  • Seek injunctions to force deletion/cessation

  • Recover our legal costs and attorney fees

  • Pursue criminal complaints where applicable (fraud, copyright crime, identity misuse)

We take these actions routinely—this is not an empty warning.

5. Statutory Damages Notice

Under applicable copyright laws, including the Copyright Act (Canada), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and international treaties:

Statutory damages can range up to:

• $150,000 USD PER INFRINGEMENT

• PLUS attorney fees

PLUS punitive and compensatory damages

Each exercise, PDF, screenshot, shared post, or modified document can count as a separate violation.

If you steal our content, you will face financial consequences exponentially larger than the cost of purchasing the program legally.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

Physique D’or aggressively monitors all online platforms using:

  • Automated content scanning

  • Reverse image/video search

  • Metadata tracing

  • Copyright fingerprinting

  • Confidential reports from clients

  • Social media scraping tools

  • Commercial IP enforcement services

If our content is found anywhere it does not belong, we issue takedowns immediately and without warning.

We pursue infringement even if the offender attempts to delete the content.

We keep evidence.

7. No Defences Accepted

The following excuses will NOT prevent legal action:

  • “I didn’t know it was copyrighted.”

  • “I only shared it with a few people.”

  • “I changed the wording.”

  • “I wasn’t making money from it.”

  • “I gave credit to Physique D’or.”

  • “I posted it in a private group.”

  • “I didn’t think it mattered.”

  • “I deleted it after.”

Copyright infringement occurs the moment you copy, store, transmit, upload, or share ANY portion of Physique D’or content without permission.

8. Trademark Protection

All branding, logos, and identifiers of Physique D’or are protected under trademark law.

Unauthorized use—including placement on websites, social media, merchandise, coaching services, or digital content—constitutes trademark infringement and will result in immediate legal enforcement.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of anyone copying, sharing, or misusing Physique D’or content, notify us immediately:

10. Legal Notice

The absence of a copyright watermark, symbol, or explicit notice on a specific piece of content does not waive any intellectual property rights owned by Physique D’or.
